Job Description:
The Executive/Senior Executive, Business Process IT Strategy and Innovation (BPIT), supports the organization's infrastructure upgrades, and business process improvements.
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end IT transitions, supporting IT operations, exploring BI and AI solutions, and ensuring effective IT governance, communication, and training. The position requires a proactive, independent, and resourceful individual capable of working under pressure to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Innovation:
- Implement IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance, alignment, and transparency across the organization.
- Manage IT vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
- Support digital transformation and change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and integration.
- Oversee in-house venture initiatives, including joint ventures and strategic technology partnerships.
IT Operations:
- Provide on-site and off-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances
- Handle the onboarding & offboarding of IT equipment, including procurement of required IT hardware/software when necessary
- Manage and track IT assets
- Ensure Cyber Security across the Group and responsible in security awareness communications
Business Process Management:
- Support in dashboard and report requirements
- Mapping of business & system processes
- Support business system requirements management
- Support and coordinate offshore contract, SOP and process migration
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science, or any relevant field of study
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business process improvement and transformation is a plus
- Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective communication with multi-cultural teams through.
- Highly organise and prioritise tasks effectively, works well in while managing multiple tasks
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in business processes to ensure high quality and efficient operations
- Knowledge of process improvement software and tools.
