Executive / Senior Executive

Job Description

. Gather and document business requirements, user needs, and process improvements.

. Support the development and maintenance of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.

. Support the maintenance and enhancement of core business applications.

. Apply AI tools such as AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and prompt-based automation to business use cases.

. Support digital enablement activities, including workshops and training.

. Coordinate project activities, timelines, action items, and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Requirements

. Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

. At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

. Understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.

. Microsoft Power Platform development experience.

. Exposure to AI tools such as AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or prompt-based automation is an advantage.

. Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is an advantage.

. Experience in database design and development is an advantage.

. Strong communication, teamwork, documentation, and learning agility.
