This technology enables us to produce unique, novel, and nature-identical aroma ingredients, and in addition, to manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, and other fine chemicals.

Takasago Group maintains offices, production sites, and R&D centers in twenty-seven countries and regions.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily requests of specification creation in SAP CG02. Validate data migrate from Wercs to SAP CG02. Set up data for non-migrate fields. Ensure accuracy of data.

2. Handle kosher cert application for product.

3. Handle SDS requests from affiliates to support business needs.

4. Ensure SDS for products and samples submission are following GHS requirement.

5. Manage formula request from affiliates and R&D.

6. Allocate new raw materials code for R&D creations.

7. Set up raw materials and products data information in ERP system.

8. Work with procurement to ensure raw material halal/kosher document/checklist/cert are adequate.

9. Responsible for the confidentiality and security of all intelligent property of the company (formulations and documents).

10. Support customers in regulatory compliance including Halal, GMO, Questionnaire, Allergic, Flavor Specification, Legislations and Product Composition.

11. Keep abreast of current Food Law, Halal, Kosher and GMO information and regulations.

12. To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

13. Comply with Takasago Group's Charter of Corporate Behavior and Code of Conduct in accordance with the Employee Handbook

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma and higher qualification in Chemical or Food Science relevant study.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good process thinking
  • Good organizing skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
