Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Account Manager to lead and drive the acquisition of clients for our energy sales business. The ideal candidate is to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills. As a key member in the team, the incumbent will be instrumental in driving growth, building strong relationships, and executing strategies that enhance profitability.
• Scale for growth: Lead the acquisition of new clients by building strong and trusted relationships. Structure, negotiate and close high-value energy sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Strategic negotiations: Conduct commercial negotiation, and sales presentations tailored to customers requirements
• Market and Product Expansion: Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities into new markets, products (including renewables) or partnerships to drive client acquisition
• Organizational Development: Has the capability to scale alongside business growth, in alignment with corporate priorities
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Business.
• About 1-3 years of experience in sales and account management.
• Comfortable to operate independently under a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and negotiation techniques tailored to complex energy solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to analyze complex real-world problems and articulate key messages.
• Driven and resourceful, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong accountability and ability to drive successful outcomes.
• Candidates with energy background and knowledge of the Singapore power market are encouraged to apply.
