Job Summary
The Executive / Senior Executive (Legal/Commercial) supports both commercial and legal functions, with a focus on contract management, documentation, and coordination.
This role ensures that agreements, records, and timelines are properly maintained, supports the execution of commercial partnerships, and assists in maintaining clear and consistent internal processes.
Job Description
Contract Management and Documentation
- Maintain and organise records of agreements (e.g. sponsorship, vendor, and partnership agreements)
- Track contract timelines, including commencement, renewal, and expiry dates
- Ensure all required documentation (e.g. signed copies, approvals) is complete and properly filed
- Support the preparation, routing, and follow-up of agreements for internal approval and execution
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date contract/database system
Commercial Operations Support
- Maintain trackers forsponsorship agreements, deliverables, and key milestones
- Monitor status ofongoing partnerships and flag upcoming deadlines or outstanding obligations
- Support coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of commercial rights and deliverables
- Assist in preparing internal updates and simple reports on partnership status
Legal & Compliance Support
- Support basic contract review processes (e.g. formatting, version control, checklist compliance)
- Assist in ensuring agreements follow internal templates and approval processes
- Maintain trackers for legal documents, approvals, and key compliance-related matters
- Support proper documentation and record-keeping in line with internal policies
Coordination &Administrative Support
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of documentation and deliverables
- Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination of meetings or approvals
- Support cross-functional coordination between Commercial, Legal, and other departments
General
- Support ad-hoc legal, commercial, and operational tasks as required
- Assist during events or matchdays where coordination support is needed
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in legal, commercial, administrative, or operations roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation and timelines
- Comfortable managing contracts, records, and structured filing or tracking systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across different teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Responsible, reliable, and able to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with the ability to coordinate across different departments
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to time-sensitive tasks
