Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage schedules with internal and external stakeholders, including vessels, in a timely manner
- Handle vessel operations, prioritising safe operations and bunker savings
- Manage communications with the vessel masters, agents, and other stakeholders
- Arrange for bunker, vessel repairs, and the delivery and re-delivery of vessels
- Monitor port situations and information, ensuring minimal vessel idling
Requirements
- Diploma, preferably in fields related to Transportation and Logistics
- 3 - 5 years of experience in liner shipping operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Possess sense of initiative, responsiveness, and good problem-solving skills
