Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote training programmes and drive enrolment
Conduct market research and support the development of new course proposals and training solutions
Proactively identify, engage, and meet with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive course sales
Coordinate with trainers and stakeholders on course development, content preparation, and submissions
Support administrative, compliance, and documentation processes related to training programmes
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Education, or a related discipline
2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in client-facing, sales, or business development roles
Comfortable with outreach, client engagement, and presenting solutions independently
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good organisational and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative and compliance processes
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Note: This is a 6-month contract role to cover maternity leave.
