Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and driven Executive / Senior Executive, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll while supporting a broad range of compensation and HR initiatives.

Beyond payroll operations, you will gain valuable exposure to salary benchmarking, workforce budgeting, compensation analysis and HR projects that contribute to organisational effectiveness. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required employee and payroll documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, CPF contributions and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and analysis to support Finance, audit and management reporting requirements.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, market research and remuneration reviews.
  • Contribute to budgeting activities, including forecasting salary costs, determining hiring budgets and preparing payroll-related data for financial planning.
  • Support HR team in administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in payroll, C&B or HR.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy and organisational ability.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive team player who collaborates well with colleagues, supports collective goals and contributes positively to team dynamics.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems or HR software, as well as local employment legislation, CPF and statutory payroll requirements will be an advantage.
