. 5 Days (Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30amto 6.00pm / 9.00am to 6.30pm Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9.00am to 6.00pm)

Lunch: 1 hour

Offered Salary

  • S$19.00 per hour

Requirements

. Diploma / Degree holder with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience

Job Description

You will support the day-to-day HR functions and work alongside us to develop and deliver integrated HR Services for our clusters, including:

  1. Records Management:
  2. Ensure online and offline databases of employees are updated with the required documents. This may involve working with other agencies to ensure smooth and accurate workflows.

    Clean up of employee records which requires looking through physical files, digitalising, archiving, classifying, uploading the documents in the appropriate folders in the system or arranging for files to be sent to another location.

  1. Recruitment & Payroll Matters:
  2. Provide timely support in recruitment activities and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process (e.g. posting of job advertisements, scheduling and coordinating of selection tests and interview arrangements, collection and uploading of documents).

    Coordinate and manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a smooth transition, including document preparation and system setup.

    Provide support where required to process invoices, trigger / verify payments and salary deductions.

  1. Other Administrative Support:

. Support the team to ensure smooth coordination and execution of workstreams such as the Annual Declaration Exercise.

. Design HR related EDM (electronic direct mails) for communication purposes using Canva etc.

. Leverage digital tools and other platforms to streamline workflows, automate routine processes, and enhance the efficiency of HR operations and service delivery.

. Provide administrative support to the team in organisational events or initiatives, where needed.
