Executive/Senior Executive - Asia Oceania (Space Control) (Global HQ)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the East Asia Marketing team with space management
• Achieve full vessel load factor and maximize gross yield for responsible services
• Maintain proactive and close communication with frontline offices to accurately update forecasts and market information.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage critical operational matters such as schedule recovery and void sailings.
• Execute daily space control & operational tasks to achieve the budget
• Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in trade management or space control
• Adaptable and capable of handling multiple in-house systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively as a strong team player
• Proactive problem-solver capable of addressing operational challenges
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and analytical accuracy.
• Display a positive attitude and a proactive mindset to learn
• Proficient in MS/Google Applications
