Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing and supporting the administrative functions of the school. Key responsibilities could include:
- Provide administrative support for Pre-Employment and Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes
- Manage and maintain data related to PET and CET programmes
- Support procurement processes in accordance with established policies and guidelines
- Assist in the planning, management, and execution of events
- Create and design content for marketing materials and social media platforms
- Undertake additional duties, projects, and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the reporting officer
Job Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Meticulous, with strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills
- Strong team worker who is able to work independently
- Good data management and analytical skills
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in procurement processes, including familiarity with the GeBiz portal, is an advantage
- IT-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Interest in student development and engagement is an advantage
