The incumbent is responsible for the Company's administration and accounts and for supporting Operations in conference finance and accounts management.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a full set of accounts
. Produce timely and accurate monthly accounts and year-end closing to management
. Review internal control processes and recommend necessary improvements
. Review contract terms and limits to ensure prompt payment by clients
. Prepare Project Budgets and support Project Leaders with project accounting
. Supervise auditing of project accounts and financial audits
. Submit quarterly GST returns
. Cash management and prepare cash flow projection
. Maintenance of fixed assets register and audit schedules
. Liaise with auditors, bankers, secretarial agents, legal advisers, and government bodies
. Attend to annual statutory audit and tax queries
. Handles the posting and/or reconciliation of the various charts of accounts
. Perform statutory compliance
Requirements:
. A good Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ACCA Level II
. MYOB accounting Software experience required/Proficient in Excel
. COUNT, Tally ERP 9 experience
. Business Central experience with some Microsoft ERP exposure
. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
. Able to work independently, with a good working attitude and initiative
. Meticulous and able to analyze data
. Proficient in both written and spoken English
. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
