Executive/Senior Engineer (Building Development & Construction) (3-year Contract)

What You'll Do:

• Execute all building & civil/structural related projects, including the monitoring of budget performance, cash flows & preparation of monthly progress reports.

• Ensure that all projects to be implemented are completed on time, within approved project costs and specified quality in an economical and compliant manner.

• Work with appointed consultant and contractor to ensure that M&E services equipment and architectural building products supplied and installed is of good quality and compliant standard of workmanship.

• Ensure high standards of Workplace Safety & Health at sites and enforce the Company's Health, Safety and Environment regulations.

• Assist internal stakeholders in planning, design and submission to Government authorities for approval, tender documentation and carries out contract/site administration for departmental projects.

• Manage the project works in accordance with the Quality Management System & ISO Operations Instructions Manual.

• Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on defects, shortcomings and difficulties encountered during the implementation of the projects.

• Collate and compile completed project information and records for easy retrieval.

• Provide advice on building and civil works to internal stakeholders as and when necessary.

• Work with appointed consultant and contractor to assist internal stakeholders in planning, design and submission to Government authorities for approval, tender documentation and carries out contract/site administration for departmental projects.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board Singapore

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in project management

• Good oral and written communication skills

• A team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines
