Job Description:
. Support the team in the project management of new sites for Senior Care Centres (SCC) and Active Ageing Centres (AAC).
. Attend meetings with regards to tender process for construction of sites.
. Liaise with MOH, AIC, Facilities Management Department and various stakeholders for the setting up of new SCCs and/or AACs.
. Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and provide secretariat support.
. Work with various stakeholders to determine budget and timeline for each new centre to be constructed.
. Engage colleagues from Senior Care Division (Day care, Rehabilitation and Active Ageing Leads) to procure furniture and fittings for new sites.
. Ensure the project abide within the timeline of the setting up of the new centres in accordance to Gantt Chart.
. Coordinate with MOH on the licensing of the new centres.
. Any other duties required by the Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
. Minimum 2 years of working experience in setting up of new Senior Care or Active Ageing Centres.
. Meticulous and possess facility management and interior design skills.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
