Job Description

The Role

To provide secretarial support to CEO and Director of Operations, and manage administrative and logistical affairs of the Administrative Office.

Key accountabilities
  • To manage the calendars of CEO and Director of Operations and to coordinate meetings.
  • Involved in Operations improvement, work closely with operations director and team on events planning.
  • Participate as committee in company's activities
  • To manage communications from the Administrative Office.
  • To manage Administrative Office's administration and housekeeping.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders within the organization
  • Meetings taking during CEO meeting
  • Toassist with reports when required

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or LCCI Executive Secretary's Diploma

Min 5 years and above of relevant Secretarial experience supporting C level

Good communication and writing skills
