Job Description

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Provide full spectrum executive and administrative support to the Director

  • Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and organise reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials

  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up action items

  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director

  • Assist in preparing reports, and confidential business documents

  • Organise business events, site visits, and corporate meetings

  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation

  • Support coordination of strategic projects and ad-hoc assignments

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations for the Director

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • 5-8 years of experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant / Administrative Executive supporting senior management

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project environment is an advantage

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong multitasking and coordination abilities

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information

  • Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder coordination capability

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
