This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore with flexible work-from-home options, is for an Executive Search Consultant / Talent Acquisition Director. The role involves identifying, assessing, and recruiting top-tier talent for key positions within the organization. Responsibilities include conducting thorough interviews, guiding candidates through the selection process, building strong relationships with stakeholders, consulting on talent strategy, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience in Interviewing and Consulting to evaluate and attract top talent effectively.
• Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with virtual assets or regulatory industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
