Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Executive Search Consultant / Talent Acquisition Director located in Singapore. The individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating top talent to meet organizational needs. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, maintaining a strong talent pipeline and ensuring an optimal candidate experience are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
• Experience in Consulting roles to provide strategic hiring guidance to businesses
• Customer Service skills to enhance candidate and stakeholder satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with employment trends and local labor laws is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
