Executive Search Consultant

Job Description

HRnetOne, the executive search arm of HRnetGroup, supports organisations across Asia in identifying and securing senior leadership talent.

We are looking for individuals who are interested in talent advisory and consulting work. In this role, you will support executive search assignments through research, candidate engagement, and coordination of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and talent mapping within assigned industries

• Identify and approach potential candidates through professional networks and sourcing channels

• Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability for roles

• Prepare candidate profiles and search reports for client presentations

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently

• Ability to analyse information and present insights clearly

• Interest in recruitment, consulting, or talent advisory
