Job Summary
An Executive Search Consultant specializes in identifyingand placing senior-level executives and leadership talent. This role involvespartnering closely with clients to understand strategic hiring needs,conducting targeted searches, and engaging high-caliber candidates-often thosenot actively seeking new roles.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to define leadership hiringstrategies and role specifications
Conduct in-depth market mapping and research to identifytop executive talent
Proactively approach and engage passive candidatesthrough discreet outreach
Assess candidates through structured interviews,competency evaluation, and cultural fit analysis
Present shortlists of qualified candidates with detailedinsights and recommendations
Advise clients on talent trends, compensation benchmarks,and hiring strategies
Manage the full executive search lifecycle from briefingto placement
Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the searchprocess
Build long-term relationships with senior executives andindustry leaders
Support offer negotiation and onboarding at executivelevel
Requirements & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources
Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, orsenior-level recruitment
Strong research and talent mapping capabilities
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholdermanagement skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
