Job Description

[What the role is]

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.

We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore's built environment.

[What you will be working on]

  • Collaborate with training partner and tech solution specialist on implementing simulation and AR/VR learning platforms
  • Conduct simulation-based training including demonstrating, guiding and evaluating learners performance through data
  • Conduct specialist training & evaluate competencies against established competency rubric
  • Develop and maintain guides on use of specialised equipment and SOPs required for simulation-based training
  • Oversee and plan resources required for training and coordinate equipment maintenance schedules
  • Maintain data for training feedback and analysis where required

[What we are looking for]

  • Diploma in construction related domains
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience with previous experience of working in an environment with digital training technologies and simulation-based learning platforms
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Good planning and organisation skills
  • Familiarity with crane lifting operations (Preferred)
  • Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or equivalent recognised certification (Preferred)
