Job Description

About the Role:

The Sales Executive will support the execution of promotional activities, manage healthcare professional (HCP) and account relationships, and identify prospective business opportunities for the Therapeutic Solutions Division.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare product configurations, sales quotations, and purchase requisitions for products in the Therapeutic Solutions Division.
  • Promote products and manage promotional activities within assigned disciplines and accounts.
  • Work to achieve sales Key Goal Indicators (KGIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established for the role.
  • Maintain and regularly update the PCL (product/customer/contact list or equivalent database).
  • Develop sales plans for both existing and new products.
  • Facilitate HCP engagement through in-service sessions, outpatient demonstrations, product evaluations, and training for HCPs; support clinical procedures where required (this can be learned or supported by training depending on previous experience).
  • Submit daily activity reports using Salesforce (Salesforce/ SFDC) or the designated CRM system

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 0-3 years or more of sales experience with track records.
  • Experience in medical/life sciences and/or consumables sales is preferred but not required.
  • Hospital setting: Understanding of hospital management is a plus.
  • Technical and software skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English appropriate for client-facing and internal reporting activities; additional languages are an asset.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, resilience under pressure, ability to prioritize and work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, customer-focus, and a performance-oriented approach to sales targets.
