About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales (NVO) to join our
team in Singapore. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new sea
freight business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving
revenue growth through our extensive logistics network and products.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and drive continuous growth in business volume and profitability.
Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
Develop strategic plans for customers assigned.
Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on the business KPIs.
Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE's digitalization strategies.
Assist in any other assigned duties.
