Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnership and consistent order volume.
Product Promotion: Develop and execute sales strategies for seasonal and premium produce, highlighting unique selling points such as origin, quality, and freshness.
Sales Operations: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to order processing and after-sales support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards upon arrival.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the food and beverage (F&B) or FMCG industries. Experience with fresh produce or perishable goods is a significant advantage.
Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the local retail and wholesale landscape.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating inventory and seasonal demands.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience using CRM or inventory management software.
