Executive (Residential Marketing)

Reporting to Senior Manager (Residential Marketing), this position will assist in managing and coordinating the end-to-end sales administration process for the Singapore Residential Development business unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions. Duties include managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks, coordinating legal documentation including issuance of option to purchase and sales and purchase agreements, maintaining accurate sales records, handling post-sales customer service and attending to purchaser inquiries and liaise with lawyers and property agents regarding sales-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, law or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property sales administration preferably in real estate development.
• Knowledge of real estate sales processes, regulatory compliance (URA, HDL rules), and AML/CDD requirements.
• Good understanding of property sales regulations, AML/CDD checks and URA reporting requirements
• Attention to detail is required due to the need to review legal documents, contracts and management of compliance related paperwork.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and sales administrative functions effectively.
