Executive Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist in tender preparation (BOQs, pricing, tender reports).

. Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations.

. Support tender coordination and submission.

. Provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims).

. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

. Develop QS skills in tendering and project management.

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

. 2-4 years of QS experience in tendering or project execution.

. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and QS principles.

. Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).

. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
