Executive Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor (Tendering & Project Support)

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist in tender preparation (BOQs, pricing,tender reports).

. Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations.

. Support tender coordination and submission.

. Provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims).

. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

. Develop QS skills in tendering and projectmanagement.

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying orequivalent.

. 2-4 years of QS experience in tendering orproject execution.

. Strong knowledge of construction contracts andQS principles.

. Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).

. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
