You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead initiatives in making an impact in delivering projects. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project Coordination & Administration
- Assist in coordinating project activities from design development through construction and completion
- Support in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely progress
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project documentation
- Maintain proper filing of drawings, submissions, and technical documents
Consultant & Contractor Management
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on design, technical submissions, and site matters
- Monitor and follow up on submission approvals, shop drawings, and material samples
- Assist in reviewing consultants drawings and highlight discrepancies or coordination issues
Site & Construction Support
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Support in identifying site issues and coordinating with relevant parties for resolution
- Assist in tracking variation orders, site instructions, and progress claims
Technical Support (Architectural / M&E / Coordination)
- Support coordination between architectural, structural, and M&E works to ensure integration
- Assist in reviewing basic technical details and ensuring compliance with specifications and authority requirements
- Support testing & commissioning activities and defect management during project handover
Regulatory & Compliance
- Assist in authority submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations (BCA, URA, SCDF, etc.)
- Track approval status and ensure timely follow-up with consultants
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (design, asset management, operations) to align project requirements
- Support communication and coordination across all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Project Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Architecture, or related discipline
- Min 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, consultancy, or real estate development
- Exposure to mixed-use, commercial, residential, or healthcare projects is an advantage
- Understanding of Singapore construction processes, drawings, and coordination requirements
