Reporting to the Snr Manager (Short Course), the appointee's main role is to support the administration for training programmes.
Responsibilities:-
. Administer courses and examinations, including scheduling, publishing course information, managing enrolment, handling enquiries, and sending course confirmation emails.
. Perform examination duties such as invigilation and coordination.
. Process and verify examination results accurately.
. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems enhancements and updates.
. Provide logistical and operational support, including classroom set-up, trainer assistance, and refreshment coordination.
Requirements:-
. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administrative roles.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Successful candidate will take up the role with a temporary 11.5months contract position.
