Responsibilities
This temporary role is essential in supporting post go-live operations to enhance overall user experience, ensure smooth adoption of the system, and provide timely assistance to SOCIs across the university.
- Update and maintain Ariba user guides to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Refresh Ariba Frequently Asked Questions guide regularly to keep information current.
- Consolidate, review, and interpret user queries to support continuous improvement of self-help materials.
- Support the team with administrative and operational duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma and above.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Attention to detail with good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Ariba modules (Snap Buying, Sourcing, Contract Workspace, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Performance Management) will be an advantage.
- Experience in drafting training documentations will be an advantage.
