RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a primary point of contact for reaching out to suppliers via phone and email to accept trading relationship on SAP Business Network.
• Provide guidance to suppliers in accepting trading relationships from SMU on SAP Business Network.
• Manage and respond to basic supplier inquiries related to SAP Ariba Business Network enablement and onboarding.
• Assist in resolving supplier issues by following standard procedures and escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier communication and onboarding status.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth supplier enablement.
• Support the team with basic administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma and above.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with suppliers.
• Attention to details and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
