We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our People & Culture team as an Executive, People & Culture. This is a generalist role covering recruitment, employee lifecycle operations, and people initiatives perfect for someone who's passionate about supporting people, enhancing employee experiences, and contributing to a strong, values-driven company culture.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • People Operations: Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions across the entire employee lifecycle, maintaining high service standards and compliance with local employment laws.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing using Talenox system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data security and reliability for management reporting and payroll audits.
  • Work Pass Management: Facilitate the end-to-end administration of foreign worker work passes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, in compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Government Claims: Lead the submission of government-paid leave claims (e.g., GPML, Paternity, Childcare) to ensure 100% reimbursement accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on delivering a high-quality candidate experience from initial sourcing to offer management.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR workflows, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • 2 - 3 years of in-house HR experience
  • Foundational HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of broad-based HR concepts, principles, and Singapore labor laws.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage assigned duties with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A mindset for identifying workflow gaps and suggesting practical improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Suite, MS Office (Excel), and HRIS platforms to manage data and workflows.
