We're seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our People & Culture team as an Executive, People & Culture. This is a generalist role focused on delivering seamless employee lifecycle operations and recruitment support to help GetGo scale efficiently while maintaining a mission-driven culture.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring a quality candidate experience from sourcing to offer management.
  • Execute daily people operations and administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, ensuring all actions meet statutory requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records within our HRIS to ensure data integrity for reporting and payroll purposes.
  • Collaborate with the team to support employee engagement initiatives that reinforce our mission and values.
  • Identify and flag opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery within the sub-function.
  • Deliver assigned people-related projects and tasks with moderate guidance, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Suite, MS Office (Excel), and HRIS platforms to manage data and workflows.
