We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Executive to support payroll processing and audit-related tasks. You will assist in ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution and compliance with statutory regulations.
As part of a collaborative HRTD team, you'll also gain hands-on experience in areas beyond payroll, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, and broader HR operations. Job responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including monthly salary, bonuses, and other payments.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases accurately.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required employee and payroll documentation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, CPF contributions, and other statutory requirements.
Handle payroll queries from employees and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
Assist in generating payroll reports and reconciliations for finance and audit purposes.
Collaborate with HR leadership to support salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Contribute to budgeting activities, including forecasting salary costs, determining hiring budgets and preparing payroll-related data for financial planning and support the HR team in administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
