Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Executive to support payroll processing and audit-related tasks. You will assist in ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution and compliance with statutory regulations.

As part of a collaborative HRTD team, you'll also gain hands-on experience in areas beyond payroll, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, and broader HR operations. Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including monthly salary, bonuses, and other payments.

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases accurately.

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required employee and payroll documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, CPF contributions, and other statutory requirements.

  • Handle payroll queries from employees and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

  • Assist in generating payroll reports and reconciliations for finance and audit purposes.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to support salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.

  • Contribute to budgeting activities, including forecasting salary costs, determining hiring budgets and preparing payroll-related data for financial planning and support the HR team in administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
