Job Responsibility

Sales & Customer Support

  • Be the go-to support for our sales team, delivering hands-on customer service and seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with preparation of quotation and support marketing activities
  • Turn every customer inquiry into a great experience with prompt, friendly service.
  • Keep our CRM sharp and up to date so the sales team always has the full picture.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Take the lead as our purchasing point person - securing the best costs and building strong, lasting relationships with hardware Distributors, Vendors, and Suppliers.

Operations & Logistics

  • Own the sales support journey end-to-end, including slick logistics coordination.
  • Keep customers happy long after the sale with seamless RMA and warranty support.
  • Stay on top of the Goods Receiving function, ensuring inventory records are always accurate and audit-ready.
  • Be the glue that connects departments, keeping operations running seamlessly.
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep the sales team moving fast.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Turn numbers into insight - track and report on the sales performance metrics that matter.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • Prior experience in IT sales support, purchasing, coordination, or administrative roles is preferred

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
