Job Description

Job Description:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding aftersales services (repairs, servicing, warranty, etc)

  • Coordinate with workshop team to schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of jobs

  • Follow up with customers on service status, feedback, and satisfaction levels

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions

  • Support warranty claims processing and liaise with manufacturers/principals

  • Prepare service quotations, invoice, and ensure proper documentation

  • Work closely with parts department to ensure availability of required components

  • Monitor and track service records and maintenance history of vehicles

  • Promote aftersales services, service packages, and campaigns to customers

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

    Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Automotive Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Prior experience in automotive aftersales, service advisory, or workshop coordination preferred
  • Good knowledge of automotive systems and servicing processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
