Executive Officer, Young AMP

Your role will involve fostering strategic collaborations between the organisation and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and emerging professionals. You will be responsible in ensuring smooth operations, drives engagement, and facilitates the execution of programs and events that address the community's evolving needs. Young AMP focuses primarily on career exploration, leadership development and community advocacy.

Job Description:

1) Project management of Young AMP initiatives:

• Responsible for administrative and logistical management of events and activities.

• Track impactful outcomes of initiatives through data collection and management.

• Assist in the engagement of emerging professionals physically and online.

2) Developing meaningful ideas and activities in response to the needs of the emerging professional community.

3) Involvement as program support in AMP initiatives across departments, particularly those related to emerging professional development.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management and outreach capabilities.
• Good in social media and digital content writing.
• Able to occasionally work on weekends and after normal office hours.
