Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and planning support to ensure the smooth operations of the departments. This includes correspondence, course enrolment, orientation, course enquiries, and documentation.
- Prepare letters and collection of programme fees
- Enrolment and Auditions in May and November
- Prepare Event activities form on an ad-hoc basis for competitions and events
- Prepare and support both Internal and external exams
- Support and work closely with Head of Departments and teaching faculty to ensure smooth operation of classes such as Timetabling - coordination of any changes in the schedule
- Booking of facilities - coordinating with other departments on the use of studio or change of studio when necessary
- Preparation of teaching materials - photocopying, etc
- Assisting during events
- Not limited to the above-mentioned
- Administer, monitor, and track budget and expenditures for the departments.
- Submission of payment vouchers for teachers and claims
- Coordinate publicity and marketing materials for courses and events/production/concerts.
- Use of Eventbrite to set up ticketing services
- Backend preparation to support any events/productions/concerts.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by Heads and Principal
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative environment.
- Good spoken and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Zoom video conferencing platform.
- A resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills, who is outgoing and independent and possesses good initiative.
- Able to work on weekends and provide support for Junior Dance events.
