Executive Office - Manager (Garena)

Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-native solutions and agentic workflows into core business functions (e.g. user insights, monetization optimization, game operations)

• Drive and own high-impact strategic initiatives, from problem structuring through execution, with clear business outcomes

• Analyse industry trends, emerging technologies (especially AI), and competitive dynamics to identify new growth and expansion opportunities

• Identify, structure, and activate strategic partnerships and ecosystem opportunities, including game studios, technology partners, and platforms

• Collaborate closely with product, data, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable systems and tools

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, preferably from a reputable university

• At least 5 years of relevant full-time experience in business strategy, preferably within the gaming industry

• Proven track record of development of AI-powered solutions into core business workflows

• Demonstrated ability to own and executive strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for the gaming industry and has a solid understanding of games and player behaviour

• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
