Job Description

What The Role Is

This position will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the senior management and act as a trusted liaison between the senior leader(s) and internal/external stakeholders whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

What You Will Be Working On

Executive Support & Schedule Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the Directors calendar, including scheduling and deconflicting meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, to ensure optimal time management.
  • Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence by screening and prioritising to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documents, with appropriate discretion.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and receive external guests.

    Communication Management:
  • Act as primary liaison between the Directors and internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders.

    Other Corporate Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain office operations including filing systems, document management, and office supplies.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Support Clusters / Divisions in their work

What We Are Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications in any discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in providing support to senior management
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new systems and skills.
