What The Role Is
This position will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the senior management and act as a trusted liaison between the senior leader(s) and internal/external stakeholders whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
What You Will Be Working On
Executive Support & Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and manage the Directors calendar, including scheduling and deconflicting meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, to ensure optimal time management.
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence by screening and prioritising to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents, with appropriate discretion.
- Prepare meeting rooms and receive external guests.
Communication Management: - Act as primary liaison between the Directors and internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Other Corporate Administrative Duties: - Maintain office operations including filing systems, document management, and office supplies.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Support Clusters / Divisions in their work
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant qualifications in any discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in providing support to senior management
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new systems and skills.
