We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Senior/Executive, Marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for social media management, content coordination, campaign execution, and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with brand guidelines while delivering timely and impactful marketing support across all Southeast Asia regional pillars, driving engagement and strengthening brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities across the Southeast Asia region.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok) and other digital channels.
- Design, manage, and oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials, including videos, brochures, and product catalogues.
- Manage mass communication activities, including mailing lists, newsletters, and sales promotion tools.
- Manage and grow online communities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Coordinate exhibitions, seminars, and regional meetings.
- Monitor, track, and analyse performance metrics (e.g. reach and engagement), providing insights for continuous optimisation.
- Provide marketing-related support using Salesforce.
- Conduct market research for potential lead generation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software, and graphic design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with regional partners.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and positive in mindset.
- Willing to travel for regional events and global marketing meeting.
