Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive for Marketing & Communications to support out brand's growth and visibility. This role involves executing go-to-market initiatives, managing our digital presence, organising events, and producing engaging content to position the firm as a thought leader in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and content.
  • Track and report marketing performance and engagement metrics.

2. Events

  • Plan and execute seminars and roundtables events to strengthen brand presence and community engagement.
  • Coordinate event logistics, invitations and post-event follow-up.

3. Digital Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Manage the company's LinkedIn page and other digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain and update the company's digital magazine, ensuring consistent publication and audience reach.

4. Content Creation & Thought Leadership

  • Conduct interviews with business leaders and industry professionals for feature articles.
  • Write and edit articles, posts, and features to highlight thought leadership and promote brand values.
  • Ensure all written content aligns with the company's tone, voice and brand identity.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with senior management to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external partners and collaborators when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills experience in business or lifestyle content is a plus.
  • Proficient in social media management (especially LinkedIn) and digital publishing tools.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated, creative and able to work both independently and in a team.
