Job Description

You will bridge the gap between global manning offices and our internal fleet teams, ensuring excellence in every placement. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily seafarer recruitment activities across global manning offices to meet fleet requirements.
  • Source and screen candidate profiles against specific vessel types, engine requirements, and rank experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview process and collaborate with fleet managers to evaluate senior officers.
  • Develop and implement long-term manpower strategies that align with company KPIs and OKRs.
  • Ensure all employed crew are fully qualified, experienced, and certified according to STCW and company standards.
  • Prepare monthly manpower analysis, projections, and comprehensive marine HR performance reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy within the crewing software and monitor the progress of all pending applications.
  • Liaise with agencies to manage recruitment advertisements on social media and industry news platforms.
  • Engage proactively with seafarers on internal platforms and monitor compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the development of annual cadet intake plans and monitor specialized recruitment programs.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in maritime studies, commerce, human resources management, or a related field
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar corporate recruitment or crewing role
  • In-depth understanding of STCW, MLC 2006, and other essential maritime regulations
  • Proficiency in using crew management systems and standard MS Office applications like Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage global stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining resourceful and result-oriented
  • Prior sailing experience with EPS is considered a significant advantage
