Job Description

As an Executive Manager/ Assistant Director in the HR Strategy and Development Department, you will be part of a team that is responsible for driving workforce planning and capability development in NEA.

You will be a HR policy officer in charge of Workforce Planning and Capability Development. Your responsibilities are to:

. Develop strategies and plans to identify, assess and raise capabilities needed of NEA's workforce.

. Drive the processes and systems for the implementation of Competency-based HR practices across all relevant HR workstreams.

. Apply competency frameworks to define observable behaviours and competencies that lead to effective performance on the job.

. Contextualise and apply centrally developed competency frameworks to NEA workforce.

. Coordinate with relevant departments to understand the workforce needs of NEA, with a focus on achieving the right size, right skills and right structure, and building capabilities needed to drive NEA's strategic outcomes.

. Perform gap analysis on manpower, talent and competency gaps, and recommend workforce strategies to bridge the gaps.

. Be part of the project team to implement HR-tech solutions to support workforce analysis and enable data-driven decisions.

. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on benchmark indicators, workforce surveys as well as initiatives supporting capability building and workforce transformation.

Job Requirements

. Strong organisational, collaborative and interpersonal skills.

. Meticulousness and adaptability.

. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.

. Experience in statistical, data mining techniques and/or visualisation tools is an advantage.

. Good written/verbal communication skills and be able to collaborate well across teams.
