About The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive, Lifecycle Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. You'll contribute to lifecycle strategy and execution across GetGo Carsharing, ZipZap Car Subscription, and other brands within the GetGo Technologies group. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in driving customer activation, engagement, and retention across the user lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Lead, Lifecycle Marketing to design and implement lifecycle marketing programs, automated journeys, and multi-channel campaigns. This role blends strategy and executionfrom identifying lifecycle opportunities and building user segments, to hands-on campaign setup, testing, and optimisation. You'll help shape how we engage users at every stage of their journey.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lifecycle Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and optimise lifecycle journeys and automations for onboarding, activation, frequency building, and retention
    • Build meaningful user segments and cohorts to deliver targeted and personalised communications
    • Apply a hypothesis-driven, test-and-learn approach through A/B experimentation to improve lifecycle performance
  • Campaign Execution & Operations
    • Execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across but not limited to email, push, in-app, and SMS
    • Develop and manage automations and AI tools to support user lifecycle management
    • Collaborate closely with CRM Operations to ensure data readiness, trigger accuracy, and platform reliability
    • Conduct thorough QA including segmentation, rendering, personalisation logic, and tracking
    • Maintain structured processes, documentation, and naming conventions for operational consistency
  • Insights, Analysis & Reporting
    • Track, analyse and report on both campaign and journey performance using lifecycle KPIs (activation, engagement, conversion, ROI, LTV)
    • Work with analysts and data scientists to uncover insights that shape lifecycle strategy
    • Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle performance and channel effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product, Brand, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business and product priorities
    • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on lifecycle performance and user behaviour
What Makes You A Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
  • Strong grasp of customer data structures, behavioural triggers, segmentation logic, personalisation techniques, and lifecycle frameworks that drive activation, engagement, and retention
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Liquid templating, along with strong QA skills across segmentation, rendering, personalisation, and tracking
  • An analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign and funnel data to extract insights that inform strategy
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • A resourceful, curious, and self-driven individual with a strategic and creative approach to solving lifecycle challenges
