Job Description

We are looking for an organised, people-oriented and proactive individual to join our Human Resources team as Executive, Learning, People Experience & Service Quality.

This role supports the delivery of learning, employee engagement and service quality initiatives across the Club. The ideal candidate enjoys coordinating programmes, engaging employees, conducting orientation and service training, and helping to create positive experiences for employees and Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate learning and development programmes, including training schedules, registrations, attendance, records and feedback.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and service-related training sessions.
  • Support leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement, wellness, recognition and culture-building activities.
  • Support employee surveys, focus groups and follow-up action tracking.
  • Coordinate service quality initiatives, internal audits, feedback tracking and improvement actions.
  • Prepare communications, reports, dashboards and presentation materials.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors and service partners.
  • Support event logistics, procurement, documentation and programme administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-through on programme deliverables.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Communications, Learning & Development or related disciplines.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR, training coordination, employee engagement, service quality, hospitality or events coordination.
  • Experience in conducting training, orientation or service-related briefings would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable engaging employees across different levels and departments.
  • Positive, service-minded and collaborative.
