Job Responsibilities:
Manage key customer accounts, including RFQs, tenders, negotiations, and business reviews
Assess RFQs and identify suitable tender lanes aligned with service requirements
Coordinate with Trade teams on rates, service schedules, and routing proposals
Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings and sales visits
Provide proactive support on contracts, rates, vessel space, and service issues
Share service updates and gather customer feedback and business insights
Ensure accurate and timely quotations, contract updates, and system approvals
Monitor customer performance against nominations and support ad-hoc projects
Other assigned duties as required
Requirement:
Degree in Maritime Studies/ Logistics & Supply Chain/ related field of studies
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Prior experience in freight procurement will be an advantage
Strong communication skills with a strong interest in meeting and engaging with customers
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
