RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily management of IP network and IT infrastructure that includes operations, administration, monitoring and backup.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain various SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP, ASR, CAS, EM+S, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Exchange Online and O365
  • Manage Fortinet Firewall and Fortinet VPN and preferred knowledge of Fortinet Secure SD-Wan.
  • Assist in the configuration of infrastructure such as computer hardware, systems software, and application software adhering to security requirements and reporting security issues.
  • Assist with the administration of user accounts and user access matrices, especially in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the procurement, evaluation, and implementation of IT-related services and products.
  • Assist in the setting up of new centres by scoping IT network and end-user requirements as well as supporting the procurement-to-implementation of services and equipment.
  • Provide people-oriented first-level IT support to End User Computing issues on PC/laptop, mobile devices, web applications especially for centres in the Central and North-East (some traveling may be required)
  • Provide IT Audit support, monitor and track movement of IT assets and creation/deletion of user accounts on external systems.
  • Provide IT-related administrative support including maintenance contract renewal, user folder access, IT fixed assets issuance/tracking, and licensing management.
  • Support post-implementation project issue ticket resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of on-premise and/or cloud IT infrastructure administration and service desk support.
  • Certification in ITIL and/or Cybersecurity are advantageous
OTHER INFORMATION
  • Working knowledge in the use of cloud solutions, VM, networking systems and devices, firewalls, wireless controls and technology, network switching and routing protocols.
  • Knowledge of Cloud services management and provisioning such as Azure AD, Office365 Services, Exchange Services, Endpoint Service. Working knowledge in managing user access matrices, system user accounts, internal controls, procuring IT services and products, and providing internal end user support.
  • Ability to think and act independently and quickly and effectively solve issues as they arise
  • Strong interpersonal skills and aAbility to able to communicate effectively and quickly and effectively solve issues as they arise
  • Ability to methodically identify causes of complex issues, evaluate them, and develop solutions in collaboration with the team.
  • A team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Required to work after office hours or weekends for scheduled maintenance or any IT duties as and when required.
