As part of MWS's Information Technology team, You will be responsible for the operational support, maintenance and development activities of MWS business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and training to users
- Involve in new system implementation projects and maintain and support existing applications align to systems with business objectives, and to ensure deliverables are within scope, budget and schedule
- Perform project manager role
- Good knowledge of application deployment & maintenance methodology
- Estimate and plan tasks needed to define and manage functional and technical requirements, support design, development, and qualify assurance activities
- Communicate project needs regularly and effectively to users
- Manage the Salesforce platform including user accounts, report and dashboard development and maintenance, security configurations, permissions, workflows and approval processes
- Design and develop Microsoft PowerApps, PowerBI and Power Automate Flow
- Liaise with the external service providers as required
Key Requirements for the Role
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- 3 to 5 years of similar working experience; Salesforce experience is an advantage
- Self-driven, proactive, and independent worker
- Skills : Familiar with Salesforce, good analytical and problem-solving skills and attentive to detail
