Job Description

Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, including the management of employee records, processing leave requests, and overseeing the coordination of onboarding and offboarding procedures

Handle staff claims, reimbursements and timesheets

Draft and prepare HR related letters

Assist on work pass-related processes and foreign worker matters, including overseeing the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes while ensuring compliance with local regulations

Handle medical insurance and work injury claims

Manage dormitory-related matters, including overseeing accommodation arrangements, and addressing any issues or concerns

Outlet visits and resolving employee relation issues

Support on welfare matters i.e. staff birthday celebration

Support on administrative matters, i.e. uniform and shoes issuance, stock taking, coordination of delivery

Any other duties assigned

Requirements

Education preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration

Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.

Willing to learn and keep abreast of HR development.

Possess good writing & communication skills with ability to multi-task

Proficiency in MS Office
